Warehouse Cleaning Services
Dock-to-rack cleaning for distribution centers, plants, cold storage, and 3PL facilities — high-bay dusting, forklift lane scrubbing, and industrial floor care scheduled around your shifts, not against them.
Industrial Facilities We Clean
A freezer anteroom, a machine perimeter, and a pick aisle each fail differently when they're cleaned the same way. We scope them separately.
Distribution Centers
High-throughput slabs where dock plates, staging lanes, and pick aisles take the abuse. Nightly sweeping and scrubbing keeps grit off the floor before it grinds into the sealer.
Cold Storage & Food-Grade Warehouses
Freezer and cooler anterooms, drain lines, and dock seals cleaned with food-safe chemistry and documented frequencies so you have something to show an auditor.
Manufacturing Floors
Production aisles, machine perimeters, oil and coolant residue, and the walkways your safety plan requires to stay clear.
Fulfillment & 3PL Facilities
Conveyor perimeters, pack-station areas, corrugate dust, and break rooms serving three shifts — cleaned between waves rather than during them.
Shop Bays & Equipment Yards
Degreasing service bays, parts-washer areas, tool cribs, and the concrete apron outside the roll-up doors.
Warehouse Offices & Mezzanines
The VCT, carpet, restrooms, and conference space attached to the plant — kept on the same visit so you're not managing two vendors.
What the Work Actually Involves
Industrial buildings are mostly floor and mostly overhead, and both need a schedule. Recurring work keeps the slab and the occupied areas under control; high dusting and refinishing run on their own calendar so a lift never shows up unannounced during a receiving window.
- Loading dock, dock plate, and dock-door cleaning
- High-bay dusting of beams, joists, racking, and light fixtures
- Forklift traffic lane scrubbing with ride-on equipment
- Racking, pallet-area, and under-rack sweeping
- Sprinkler line and overhead conduit dusting
- Break room, locker room, and restroom service
- Trash, compactor, and baler-area cleaning
- Mezzanine, stairwell, and warehouse office cleaning
Looking for Warehouse Cleaning Near You?
We serve industrial facilities across the Birmingham metro. These pages cover the local corridors and what we handle in each.
Floor Care Matched to the Surface
The fastest way to ruin an industrial slab is to run one process across the whole building. We identify each surface during the walk-through.
Sealed & Polished Concrete
Ride-on auto-scrubbers with pH-neutral chemistry lift embedded grit without dulling the sealer or burning through polish.
Epoxy-Coated Slabs
Pad and brush grades matched to the coating so the finish, aisle striping, and safety markings survive the cleaning.
VCT in Warehouse Offices
Strip, seal, and multi-coat wax scheduled off-shift, then maintained with burnishing between refinishes.
Shop Bay Degreasing
Oil, coolant, and tire-mark removal with degreasers that clear the slip hazard instead of spreading it around.
Safety Practices on an Active Site
Our crews are trained on the housekeeping practices OSHA inspections look at — clear egress, controlled spills, labeled chemicals — and we work to your safety manager's rules while we're in the building.
- Walkways, aisles, and emergency egress kept clear while we work
- Wet-floor signage and cordoned zones on every scrubbed section
- Spill response and slip-hazard cleanup built into the nightly route
- Labeled chemicals with SDS documentation available on site
- Lift operation restricted to trained crew members
- Zone-by-zone scheduling coordinated with your shift supervisor
Why Facilities Pick Us Over the National Networks
Most of the national names that bid industrial cleaning contracts in this market sell nationally and deliver through a local franchisee or branch office.
BBB A+ Accredited
Cleaning Concepts Plus is an accredited business with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
20+ Years on Industrial Floors
We've maintained Central Alabama warehouses and plants since 2004 — long enough to know what a coated slab tolerates.
Locally Owned, Not a Franchise
The owners quote your building and the same uniformed crew works it. No franchisee, no rotating subcontractor.
When a franchise network wins an industrial account, the contract and the crew usually sit with two different companies. Cleaning Concepts Plus is locally owned and operated in Central Alabama: the owner walks your slab, writes the scope, and answers the phone when a third-shift issue comes up. You work directly with our uniformed local team — never a franchise call center.
Warehouse Cleaning FAQs
How is warehouse cleaning priced?
Warehouse pricing is driven by cleanable square footage rather than gross footprint — racking density, how much of the slab is open traffic lane, the number of dock doors, and whether shop bays or cold storage are in scope. We walk the building, measure the actual work areas, and quote a flat recurring rate with periodic services such as high dusting priced separately on a schedule.
Can you clean around active shifts and forklift traffic?
Yes. Most industrial clients put us on second or third shift, or in the gap between shifts, so scrubbers and lifts are never sharing a lane with active forklift traffic. Where a facility runs continuously, we section the floor and work zone by zone with cones and spotters, coordinating each night's area with your shift supervisor.
Do you handle high-bay and overhead dusting?
We do. Beam, joist, rack upright, sprinkler-line, and light-fixture dusting is handled from scissor or boom lifts. Most facilities schedule high dusting one to four times a year depending on product dust, dock door traffic, and whether the building stores food-grade or sensitive goods; it is scheduled separately from the recurring floor and restroom work.
Can you scrub epoxy and sealed concrete without damaging the coating?
Yes. Coated slabs get pH-neutral cleaners and the correct pad or brush grade so the finish and any line marking are not dulled or stripped. Bare and polished concrete, epoxy, and VCT in warehouse offices each get different chemistry and equipment — we identify the surface during the walk-through rather than running one process across the whole building.
Do you offer one-time cleanups as well as recurring service?
Both. We handle one-time projects such as move-outs, pre-audit cleanups, post-project degreasing, and seasonal deep cleans, and we run recurring nightly or weekly programs. Many facilities start with a one-time reset and then move onto a maintenance schedule once the slab and overhead are back to baseline.
Are you a franchise company?
No. Cleaning Concepts Plus is locally owned and has cleaned Central Alabama facilities since 2004 with a BBB A+ accreditation. The national franchise networks that bid industrial work in this market award the account to a local franchisee. With us, the owners quote the job and the same uniformed crew works your building.
